Intro to Sewing

Sewing unit 

We began this school year by learning sewing techniques such as the running stitch, whip stitch and blanket stitch. This unit prepared students for our wearable art unit later in the school year. The unit also provided important social emotional skills such as managing frustrations, problem solving, and active listening.
